Payment

Prices of all goods presented on our website are given in Russian rubles. When you pay for the order your currency is automatically converted into Russian rubles.

The following bank cards are approved for payment: Mastercard, Visa. When you pay for the order you may be required to enter a one-time code to confirm the payment. The code is sent to your phone number.

After finalization of the order our manager will send you an invoice with costs of delivery to your country that you will be able to settle with your bank card.

In case of unwinding of items from the order (or cancellation of the order as a whole), the refund is processed within 14 days after payment with credit card. To get a refund you must send a written notice to the following e-mail address: sale@maxcuprum.ru. The refund is payed only to the customer's credit card.

Payments by bank cards and electronic money are processed through PayAnyWay settlement aggregator, thus we ensure complete security of payments and confidentiality of the information entered by you. Security of the payment is ensured by SSL protocol and other special features. Under no circumstances will your personal data be provided to third parties.

Refund fee: 2-5% of the payment amount depending on the payment system used to settle the payment.
