Additional copper wall for boilers 35l, 68l Premium "Old Coppersmith"

The copper alembic extender is designed to increase the volume of 35L and 68L alembics of the Premium series, as well as of 37L Luxstahl alembics, by 25 liters. Thus, when the extender is installed, the total volume of the alembics becomes 60, 93 and 62 liters, respectively.

The extender is made of pure domestic M1 grade copper and has the wall thickness of 1.5 mm. At the same time, to strengthen the structure, the extender is wrapped with a 1.5 mm thick and 10 cm high belt made of mirrored stainless steel, the total wall thickness of the vessel is thus increased to 3 mm. On the other hand, a folded edge is introduced for greater rigidity. The thickness of edge is at least 3 mm. The extender is also equipped with stiffeners. You can be sure of the reliability of the design!

The alembic extender is mounted on "Old Coppersmith" copper pot with the help of a gasket and is secured with a clamp, after which you can install the lid on top. The design is very simple, collapsible and leak-proof.
